RegioFan provides a digital interface for regional travel planning. By using regiofan.com, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RegioFan regarding your access to and use of our platform.
Access to specific community features or verified route data may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
02 Scope of Services
RegioFan operates as an independent regional travel aggregator. We provide information on train routes, bus connections, and multi-modal travel across the Czech Republic and neighboring Central European regions.
Intermediary Disclosure
We are not a government transportation agency or a direct ticket issuer for state-owned carriers. While we offer booking facilitation, the contract of carriage is always between the traveler and the respective transport operator found via our platform.
03 User Conduct & Community Policy
Our Travel Community thrives on accurate, helpful information. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading route data, stop conditions, or walkability scores.
- Use automated systems (scrapers/crawlers) to extract schedule data without explicit written consent.
- Interact with other community members in a way that is harassing, abusive, or culturally insensitive.
04 Limitation of Liability
Transit logistics are subject to external factors including weather, infrastructure maintenance, and carrier equipment failures. RegioFan does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of arrival times or the availability of specific amenities (WiFi, air conditioning) on third-party carrier vehicles.
Under no circumstances shall RegioFan be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed connections or delayed transport.
05 Content Ownership
All proprietary maps, route optimization algorithms, and editorial guides are the property of RegioFan. By submitting photos or route updates to our community platform, you grant RegioFan a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content to aid other travelers.
